Artists and the public are invited to take part in Crit Nites, an inclusive opportunity for contemporary working artists to discuss their work and build relationships.

After a successful virtual series of Crit Nites, concept animals and ICOSA Collective aim to further fortify the Austin art community through ongoing in-person Crit Nites events with support from The Contemporary Austin.

All are invited to attend in-person Crit Nites sessions. RSVPs are appreciated, but not required.

Session#1: September 18th, 7-10pm

Session#2: October 30th, 7-10pm

Session#3: November 27th, 7-10pm

Session#4: February 25th, 7-10pm

All sessions will take place at ICOSA Collective, 916 Springdale Rd. Building 2, #102 Austin, TX 78702

This edition of Crit Nites is a little bit different than the last! Two Guest Artists will show their work for one night only while two Guest Critics lead a constructive discussion about their work. Artists in the audience can enter their name for the next critique AT the event. The event is open to the public, so come on out and bring along your friends!

Health and safety notes: Until further notice, face coverings are required to attend Crit Nites (even for fully-vaccinated folks). concept animals and ICOSA Collective are keeping a close eye on COVID-19 and will provide timely updates in the event of schedule changes.
