Unconscious Keepers and Seeking New Language with Aimée Everett
Aimée Everett is a New Orleans born and Austin-based Painter currently traversing memory: our limited access to it, our creative license of it, and it as a generational body. Aimée’s delicate and intentional application of line on color gradation exemplifies the power of Expressive Minimalism, while her cognitive practice creates planes for atonement and mobility within the nonverbal spaces between words.
